This information was compiled by many HIA volunteers from freely available public resources, both online and recorded in the Baltimore County Land Records.  The information presented on these web pages is not legal advice.      For specific information or a copy of your covenants, copy the “Covenant Source Deed Reference Liber Number “ and “Document Date” presented on the Property Search Results page, and take this to the Baltimore County Land Records office.
